This woman in a van is freaked out, as the cops try to get her under control. Somehow when she is brought to the ground she ends up getting a knife stuck in her stomach. I guess the knife ended up there by sheer weight of number. Stomach that big, bound to end up with something flying into it. In this case a knife.

Toronto Police were attempting to talk this guy into dropping the knife when he lunged at them. They didn't shoot, or even touch him, but attempted to talk to him again. He lunged a few more times. They weren't able to disarm him with tasers because his clothing was too thick, and they couldn't get close enough to use the pepper spray or asps. So they attempted to use the car to knock him senseless, and hopefully the knife out of his hand. It didn't work the first time, so they tried again and he happened to work somewhat.
