This Bodybuilder has build his legs up almost to a state of disbelief! That is one advanced Quad Bodybuilding program he has got going there. One piece of advice I do offer however is if you're going to film yourself in speedos maybe you should stick a few socks down the front if you're hung like papa smurf.
