Police Office Tazes Lady During Arrest - 9/23/2005

I thought this was a great clip. A police officer pulls over a lady and she will not get off her phone. Finally, after multiple requests to exit her vehicle the officer tazes the women. I think its a safe bet next time an officer asks her to step out of the vehicle she will be more than happy to comply.
