The guy shooting the video is a retard. He sounds like a pot head. He should get a real job instead of hassling the cops who may come save his lazy butt someday. I could care less about how those guys parked as long as they show up when I'm in trouble. Thanks to all the men and women working in blue. The reason he would be hassling the cops is because, 92% of laws are ONLY for Revenue, and the cops WOULD hassle you if you parked like that, BTW did you know a cop can LIE to you if it means he will convict you ? cops jobs are to convict you, they dont give a shit about your saftey
