How is it possible for someone that has such small breasts to have so much trouble keeping them inside her clothes? Paris Hilton is shooting her music video, and manages to pop have her nipples 'inadvertantly' exposed while rolling around in the sand. And she's even wearing pasties! She put stickers on her nipples to cover them up, yet she still manages to have a nipple slip. Now that is talent!
