Study Shows Resveratrol Heightens Endurance in Mice - 3/6/2007

A new study shows high doses of resveratrol, a compound found in red wine, greatly heightens endurance in mice. This video from Sirtris Pharmaceuticals shows one mouse on resveratrol (right), while the mouse on the left is not. Reservatrol has also show to be a powerfuil antioxidant and has extended the lifespan of both yeast and mice in laboratory tests.
