Toilet tells users when to flush - 7/16/2007

A "talking toilet" which tells users when to press the flush is to hit the UK. It contains a three-minute speech chip with a recorded set of instructions. The recording could also be used for reminding people to wash their hands - or to play commercials and give details of special offers.
